Do you guys have an idea backlog? How do you capture that spark in your head?

I have a list in Things for just that, that's filled with more than 250 ideas, from brand, app, service, event and even available domains. Most are ok I guess, but all of my side projects came from this and those have been fairly popular, so I just have to start creating 🤷♂️
As for the spark, that's a difficult one. I try to juggle my hobbies (which development is one of them) and I'm fairly bad at it. I'd start a project now and then and get super pumped, but then loose interest after some time and leave it half finished...
I feel you…I am right there with you. It’s exhausting. With my ADHD…I get this surge of dopamine that I am really on to something. Then it’s gone.
Yeah, totally this. There has to be a system that works for us though, we just haven’t figured it out yet 🤞
I believe most of this comes from me working on the project alone and being overwhelmed by all of the thinking, designing and developing. What I'd love is to have a tiny team of 3-5 people dev+design+marketing who could build and test small fun projects and spin them in some 💸
