Yea sometimes I’ll do this, especially for final versions of things. Other times I’ll share a messy WIP for feedback on the general vibe.

I "sit" on my work a lot to decide whether it's actually good. I'll keep it open on my computer for hours or days at a time and cast fresh eyes on it before showing others. Does anyone else do this?

I do this a lot, especially with personal creative work like drawing or music. It almost becomes like a journal - I'll return to a project after a span of time with a new perspective and remember why I made certain choices and where my head was at the time
