I agree. However, it's challenging to balance creating something that people actually want with investing in beauty. I've learned that the hard way. I believe an incremental approach is best, starting with core functionality & gradually enhancing the thing based on user feedback.

Fully agree, this niche is my passion. Power users, typically found using B2B software, need thoughtful, beautiful design more than anyone else. They use the software daily, often for hours!

- Great direction, product is clear
- Would make the videos a little faster (they feel slow and I felt myself wanting to break to other parts of the site)
- Would make the components interactive

Bookmarked to give it a proper look tomorrow! And I agree—our V1 was so slow we had toasts to show when pages were loading because people would think the app froze 😭

B2B apps need more thoughtful design. You can have both beauty + function… they’re not mutually exclusive.

I agree with this as well—plenty of "beautiful" products that never see a true light of day (or PMF) because they aren't wanted.

Tony Fadell's "Build" is a great resource on this.
