Yeah your not gonna vilify someone when they are just switching personality cards. I think I see what Steve means but most companies don’t want employees like that but maybe that’s the point

Back then Apple was the aspirational underdog though, whereas today they’re just another generic corporate giant that plays safe and puts shareholders first - very different company philosophies!

I think the underlying message of this is that it addresses the individuals who know how to switch personality cards accordingly to keep the atmosphere going.

Nobody wants an actual troublemakers 💭

While you might have a point, I'm aiming to stay objective here. It’s not about those who can adapt easily, but about those who challenge and push boundaries.

So in a smaller company (startup, up to like 50 people) the culture I built based on the people, not based on the company (company culture does not exist yet) so it makes sense to bring in people such as these. 
In a corporate, the company culture dictates who will be brought..

I get it, but look at the comments and it’s easy to see how it gets misrepresented because of the Steve Jobs attribution. In the end, this text might not even reflect Apple’s internal culture. It is a marketing text for marketing purposes.
