I'm torn between staying at an agency job, or switching to an in-house designer position in a product. Anyone wants to share pros and cons, or their perspective on this or the other? I've never worked as in-house so HELP ME lol

Naming question: 

I'm thinking about creating a platform/hub that collects and organizes helpful design resources (inspo sites, blogs, tools, etc etc), and the name I came up with is Design Brain Food. 

What do you think about the name?

Anybody has used readymag.com out there? Overall thoughts?

Thinking of moving my personal projects stuff from webflow to rm, the pricing plan that includes 5 websites for the same price of 1 in webflow is quite appealing.
