I'm torn between staying at an agency job, or switching to an in-house designer position in a product. Anyone wants to share pros and cons, or their perspective on this or the other? I've never worked as in-house so HELP ME lol

Naming question: 

I'm thinking about creating a platform/hub that collects and organizes helpful design resources (inspo sites, blogs, tools, etc etc), and the name I came up with is Design Brain Food. 

What do you think about the name?
