Good read?

I am a bad reader. but I finished this book and now am pretty proud of myself
yeah, I would say 4/5: it’s not the easiest book, but it has 15 chapters with principles and different real stories to accompany those principles. I am not a fan of abstract design talks, so this felt like a reasonable way to discuss design as a problem-solving craft.
This is a good book. My favourite parts is “Good services are consistent, not uniform”
