Doing the very rare act of marketing / social assets. I love Notion for this. Being able to organize images with captions, in grids, etc... so much better than f***ing google docs or slides

One of my favorite parts of a design project is when you're just spamming out tons of variants of components the client can use. Template after template after template. Just feels good for some reason.

Be careful re-drawing logos in Figma, even if they're really simple. Things can get messy in production.

Like if you have Figma comments notifications switch on on your phone. Comment “no” if you don’t.

Getting increasingly uncomfortable with the word “human” alongside “AI” in marketing. I can’t put my finger on why, exactly, but “people” would sound so much friendlier and less threatening.

I kinda wish Figma would add a messy fig jam-like layer to the comments layer where you could put loose markup like this easily, without accidentally dropping note cards into auto layouts and stuff.

If there's one thing I've learned about designing an Outlook mail signature in the Outlook Signature tool, it's that I never want to do it again. What a process, so unpredictable. Messy work.
