I think a good chair is the most important component. Two brands I'd recommend on a budget are Steelcase and Sidiz.

Added a Stream Deck for Illustrator automation (started with a Xencelabs Quick Key but programming it never got there for me, and Loupedeck was still getting pretty bad reviews) w/SideshowFX profile (tho I had to redo all the icons).
