Why not Mastodon? I’d not be surprised if most of the builder community moved out of X and went to Mastodon instead. They’re builders after all.

X is such a chaotic mess now, no real system besides advertising and a lot of fake profiles. I’d say it’s definitely in the process of dissolving, with declining user numbers and decreasing content quality.

It’s definitely declining in quality. That’s why you also see a ton of alternatives. Most of the changes implemented by Musk, like getting paid for engagement, just led to a feed filled with hot takes and other engagement traps.
