One reason why I love this app is I can check out all the awesome portfolios people have.

I'm so pumped for what i get to work on at work the next few months.

I started building out a Design Kit called SystemFiber.

This design was built entirely using that kit.

New glasses make me feel confident and creative.

The search feature on this app is so useful. The filters are much needed for an app like this.

I've designed and developed my portfolio site many many times before. It's a never ending process. 

Last year I reverted back to Adobe Portfolio which I used when I first started out in Product Design. 

Last night I updated the styling and made it really my own.

We had a design review today, which couldn't have gone better.

I'd love to jump into coding with React.JS in my free time again. That's the only way I can see my dream startup getting started.

Starting my morning off with some coffee and Figma from my workspace here in Las Vegas.

I'm really excited about this new community (Posts). Super keen to connect with other people in tech.

Every time I open up Posts, I feel a sense of comfort and creativity.

Last night I arrived back home from my work trip to San Jose, CA (Silicon Valley). I spent 3.5 days there in a design sprint workshop to brainstorm the product I'm working on.

It was so great to meet the team in person.

Tonight I'm working on a side project and I'm working with Figma Variables.

Sony pictures, Disney and many other film studio will be building studio lots here in Las Vegas. What a time to live here.

My goal with this platform. Make some connection and meet some folks who will end up co-founding a company with me.

In between work meetings, I'll turn around in my chair and shoot some hoops 🏀

I'll hopefully find out if there's a budget for my contract to be extended today. 

If not, it's back on the job market.

I've been really loving working from my co-working space with my 13" MacBook Pro and a 15.5" 4k display. 

I've noticed at home I've been using this setup more so than my Mac mini and 32" monitor.

My life and happiness hack I recently learned. After work don't work. On weekends don't freelance. 

I've been going to events, Sports games, etc.

I recently started building a Design Kit (UI Kit) for other designers to utilize. 

So far, the process has been really fun and refreshing.

For those of you who code your portfolio from scratch using React.JS, what do you use for your CMS? Do you use something like contentful or Netlify's CMS?

I started my Product Design career off in e-commerce. I'd really love to design for another e-com company again. I'd even enjoy something like the wall street journal at some point. 

Are there any niche's or companies you'd like to design for sometime?

Had a co-working day today. Signing up for a membership to WeWork has been a major win this week.

Being able to separate work from home has been a huge game-changer.
