Switch up the process. Burnout for me is often times more of an inspiration/motivation problem than it is overworking problem. Not that both can’t be true. Thinking of how I might have more fun with a task or introducing more play are go to solutions for me.

Switching up the process is definitely a good approach. I like the idea of finding ways to have more fun with a task or finding a to introduce more play into the workflow. I'll dive deeper into this for sure. Really appreciate the thoughtful response! :)

You might want to switch up how you work. This book by Ali Abdaal called Feel Good Productivity helped me enjoy work more. Also try not working in the evenings. Usually makes up for burnouts over longer time.

Appreciate the book suggestion! I'll be sure to check it out asap because I'd really love to get back into the headspace of enjoying work more. Thankfully I've stopped working in the evenings for the most part. If I do work on anything in the evenings it's always side projects.
