[Toronto]  is there a way to get a refund from an illustrator? Ordered a shirt from a TO illustrator Jade Bern this April, went radio silent and now he’s hiding all the comments asking about the shirts ⬇️🤬

I hope so too!! This was the first time I ordered sth from a Toronto artist too 😭😭😭

dispute the charge on your credit card/bank. likely they will do a chargeback via their payment processor (looks like shopify). might take some time but hopefully you get your money back. the seller would receive a notification from shopify that a payment has been disputed.

thank you!! i'm waiting for the charge back to come through. just hoping to clock his ass tbh bc someone overseas messaged me who experienced the same thing but his CC didn't allow a charge dispute. felt so bad for them :/
