dispute the charge on your credit card/bank. likely they will do a chargeback via their payment processor (looks like shopify). might take some time but hopefully you get your money back. the seller would receive a notification from shopify that a payment has been disputed.

thank you!! i'm waiting for the charge back to come through. just hoping to clock his ass tbh bc someone overseas messaged me who experienced the same thing but his CC didn't allow a charge dispute. felt so bad for them :/
