You should itemize that cost and pass it on to your client

This is why i dont webflow. So many times you are stuck w a client in this area.

yes i’ve informed my client and left it with them if they want to front the cost of a new seat, or simply create a temp password and let me log in to their account (not ideal, but free)

This is something that's going to make me leave Webflow. I pay $828/year to Webflow (3 sites) but since I dont have an "Agency workspace" I can't be invited to edit a client's website. They want $192 more from me just for the privilege of editing a website.
