I worked with a team of Brand Strategists when I was at Twitter in 2015 or so. We designed and pitched campaigns for big brands to activate on Twitter.
But what about now ? Is it changing? I mean, more often I see a brand designers, that combine a strategic role with design skill
Not sure! I now work for smaller companies and we aren't big enough to have a Strategist just yet. I work in startups, crossing over between Brand design and Product design most days.
