Idk what’s wrong with recruiters, I’m mean is that hard to say “we are evaluating other prospects, we will let you know” or “thanks for your interest, we decided to go with other prospects for a second round of interviews”

This is purely anecdotal but I'm noticing an uptick in hiring lately as well as an uptick in being ghosted post-interview lol I guess that goes hand-in-hand.. And I specify post-interview because at this point, being ghosted after applying is "normal"

Usually if I've had at least 1 interview I get a formal rejection but lately.. idek. Got seemingly ghosted after a final interview + may have been ghosted just as I attempted to schedule a second interview somewhere else lol
