why i can't apply to two jobs at the same company on Ripplematch?? will my profile be shared among different jobs at the company or am i just doomed 😵💫😵💫

I think it’s mainly used by some companies for early career recruiting, but i think it’s more optimized for the companies rather than the applicants. Not the best imo
Ah, I'd say most similar companies operate that way.. There are some companies where the interview process determines which job (usually team) aligns best but I haven't seen many companies these days with multiple design roles
Mm i see. I had applied to a company’s internship role, but they recently came out with a new grad role, and i cant apply to it now 🫠
If you get a chance to speak to them you could let them know which role you'd prefer.. Hope it works out!
