The networking event that I was super nervous about actually went so well!!!! I’m really happy my past self forced me to go, because I heard some amazing stories from folx!

struggling while working on a design deck and so i looked back at my deck from 3 years ago and wow my communication skills have somehow regressed LOL which should be obvious to u because of how this post keeps dragging on

This week I’ve been training with an OG house dancer (basically someone who was there when the dance style/culture was starting to form in the 70s). It’s hard to put into words the magic we experience every night. I’ve never felt more in love with life. 🥹

Been reading and listening to way too much stuff on facial recognition tech and I'm really scared. Then I looked at some of these marketing sites, and I'm confused and shocked at the double-thinking. I don't know how I could ever feel comfortable working on this thing...

I’m about to go do some dance training and… I just love being able to call it “training.” Feels like I’ve invested enough effort into this craft that its rewards are now being offered back to me. Practice and progress exists in an ever-evolving relationship.

Already I’m finding my relationship with ChatGPT complicated. I use ChatGPT as my brainstorming buddy (used to be my roomie). It is really helpful, but I do feel like I’m sometimes skipping to an outcome, and I’m missing the necessary struggle time that can be really helpful.

I’m finally learning to drive and I am shocked at how individualistic driving is, yet pleasantly surprised by how well designed a car also is. Every action is met with a feedback. I know that of course it has to be well designed cus lives are at stake here but wowww
