My goal this year was to read more books. 

I found out that I enjoyed reading sci-fi before going to bed. My top 3 ended up being: I, Robot by Isaac Asimov, Hail Mary by Andy Weir and Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. All great books you should read if you haven't already.

People who work in small design teams / startups: How do you organise your Figma files? A file for all features, everything in one big file, etc?

An old Framer prototype I made to test an idea for a client. The prototypes was hooked up to firebase to "send data" between them. The success screen was triggered by a hidden prototype to fake that the two phones connected via bluetooth.

What is the best book/article/etc on Growth Design?

I don't know how to code for real, but I got an idea connected to a database with the help of Chatgpt. Feels pretty cool to make things that are saved to the cloud. Still needs lots of love, but it works ✨

Just finished Run Studio Run by Eli Altman. What a great little book about running your own small creative studio (or any small company tbh). I really wish more leaders whom I have worked for in my career had read this book.

The colors on Fuji JPGs directly out of the camera are so nice.

Giving good feedback is a very underrated skill.
