Highly recommend going to Yogyakarta. If you like museums you should go to Ullen Sentalu, Affandi Museum.

Borobudur is closer to Ullen so you can do these 2 in one day. Also the cafe is filled with lovely cafés! 👌

Well there’s a lot you can do and most of Indonesia is well connected by flights. You could check out Yogyakarta if you want to check out ruins of Borobudur and Prambanan or you could visit Bali, Lombok if you like beaches.

You could also consider adding Raja Ampat and Komodo Islands to your list.

It can’t be beautiful if hordes are everywhere. Lombok better, still a lot of people. If you are looking for beaches I would go to Sulawesi and Togean islands. Indonesia is huuuge and so beautiful, don’t know why waste time in Bali

Yogjakarta is great. I also travelled Sumatra, Lake Toba is super nice. Would avoid Bali at all costs

It depends on your time,  physical fitness and climbing ability!! You can visit the major beaches (Diamond Beach and Kelingking) and hike down the cliffs to see them.
