do you color coordinate your calendar? what about blocks for different tasks/focus time? (private shit censored because i ain’t trying to get fired)

I color code my work calendar based on how much active effort each meeting requires. eg grey for meetings that I just have to listen in on, red for meetings I’m leading, blue for group discussions
