I color code my work calendar based on how much active effort each meeting requires. eg grey for meetings that I just have to listen in on, red for meetings I’m leading, blue for group discussions

Yes, and I use the same colours across other tools too (Todoist, physical folders where I store important documents, etc): everything personal is purple, work projects are teal, finances green, university yellow, general side project stuff is pink.

Yes, a few different colors (personal, three mostly distinct work contexts, daily meetings, learning). Focus from 8.30 to 10 every morning with a couple of exceptions. Fridays focus unless there’s something important. I use public visibility as much as I can. Transparency.
