If there's one thing I've learned about designing an Outlook mail signature in the Outlook Signature tool, it's that I never want to do it again. What a process, so unpredictable. Messy work.

I hate it. I keep it simple. Always remove images from the company-provided ones. Nobody needs an attachment in every. single. email.
