Some observations about Post so far: - it’s refreshing to not have follow/follower counts list as social proof but it’s hard to find people in the same social graphs - its relaxing to just see static images on a timeline but I do miss gifs

Agree! Thinking: Do you think people would want to use a social network that always hid not just follows but also likes and reposts? So that you are sharing without worrying about post performance. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while.

It’s certainly worth a try. I know I feel more free lol. I’m also seeing a bigger swath of the design community than was ever the case on Twitter. I always felt like I saw the same people over and over again due to social graphs and recommendation algos.

Algorithms 👀 I actually wonder what the algorithm is on here — but I enjoy (for now) the “Everyone” page. But in the future once this grows it might be more manageable to use “Following” or “Highlights”. We shall see!

Ohh! Fascinating. I’m so curious and excited to see what happens here.
