100% Same here. Been doing it since June. Sometimes I miss a day or two. But overall, it's a consistent habit that helps with anxiety a lot. Highly recommended 👌
I've been doing it first thing in the morning, and it has been so good to allow this stream of unconscious thoughts to flow, it is very therapeuti. Nightly pages work the opposite way I think, to help you wind down everything you absorbed during the day. I love both honestly 😂
