Ferns are a thing in Korean cuisine, so you can find dehydrated ones at the Korean grocery store (they are brown when dried.) I used to hate them as a kid and always tried to pick them out of my bibimbap, but I appreciate them now.

Traditional Korean cuisine was never really present around me to notice "gosari". Just reading about them ... thanks!

Haha yes, the gosari! I’ve seen more fiddleheads in western cuisine in recent years too, but gosari is definitely the first place my mind goes when it comes to eating fern.
