goodbye Posts see you on the other side
Starting to post smaller artworks and works in progress on Rodeo—trying to find space for both digital and physical pieces rodeo.club/@aira

Well, we're still a few weeks away from being read-only but might as well say that I hope to keep in contact with you all over on BlueSky or, god help me, Ex-Twitter — I'll be the one posting paintings, drawings and musings bsky.app/profile/andrem…

Drawings framed, expo ready. Paintings finished, delivered and hanged. Prints sent to peoples homes. Finally gaining momentum.
Coming out of hibernation to share that I both saw the mighty Mexican volcanoes at dawn today and also recently published this mix soundcloud.com/andre-mooij/no…

Going to Amsterdam 🇳🇱 and Antwerp 🇧🇪 these next couple lf weeks if anyone’s got any recommendations to share!
Reading the weekly digest from Andy, I saw this project from @joannelam joannelam.com/chungkingexpre… I honestly don't remember "Sabor A Mi" by Los Panchos being on Chungking Express, albeit I saw it like 10 years ago, but I love that song so much
I've been trying to use Arc as my default but the Chrome muscle memory is really hard to beat — are there any suggestions on how to best use it or approach it to better leverage it? I feel like I'm missing out on key things sometimes
Starting to think about switching gigs sometime soon, feeling like I kind of want to work at a music software and/or hardware company

Part of this successful renewed energy flow for 2024 is due to a deliberate choice to stop complaining and just start solving shit? But not in that bullshit ‘hustle’ culture sense, more like just focusing on what you want to do, and do Healing is a hell of a drug
I’ve been deep in painting and drawing mode, getting ready to start showing more of this work this year Also been experimenting with different papers, this one is charcoal on pine tree + cotton fibers

This is from the first sketching/writing session of the year on Jan 1st. The theme of 2024 is practice and discipline.

2023 has been exhausting. Burned out and hit rock bottom in terms of motivation and engagement. But then discovered new ways of developing my practice and closing out the year with a renewed will to do things differently in 2024.
Last month, I've transitioned back to being an IC after being a manager for a couple of years. AMA.
I'm currently working on a talk about growing and developing as a designer in an in-house team. One of several themes I'm focusing on is 'the urge to grow' — I'd love Posts Peeps POV on this but it doesn't fit in one post, so find more details in the reply below ↓
People are either very much at Config or very much doing something entirely different 😂
