I don’t agree. I think iOS 18 is just an iterative update on a device that is a commodity now. Many recent films have been amazing. I am happy to recommend a few. I agree on the last two for the most part. Though I do like Posts! 😁

You're absolutely right to complain about that stuff. If you paid money to get a quality good/service, then yeah you absolutely should be upset. But at the same time, I think we have to recognise the privileged position we're in to be *able* to complain. That's what I meant

Have you noticed? Google is shit, Apple iOS 18 is shit, the phones are lackluster shit, and most movies are just plain shit. Social networks are filled with shit, and Tesla’s robot will likely be another piece of shit. Are we spoiled, or have we lost our sense of quality?

I feel like I should clarify. We're living at the forefront of technology. We've got these super powerful computers in our pockets. We've got hundreds of sources of entertainment. The fact that we can discuss and complain about these things is itself a luxury.

both. absolutely both. quick is cheap, cheap is quick. we shouldn’t get another physical upgrade to a device for 5 years and focus on software 100% 

beyond that, we’re spoiled. I could complain for hours. Lol

It’s probably just that we as society got used to it + there are so many companies that produce such high quality products, but just get suppressed by the market leaders
