that's awesome, it's because your tool preserves decimals. Most tools don't!

Try going from HEX to HSL and then back to HEX, starting with #F1F3F6. Make sure that your HSL rounds off to the nearest integer. You'll end up with #EFF2F5.

This morning:
1. My app's HEX colours were off.
2. Codebase uses HSL.
3. Suspected a HEX-HSL conversion issue.
4. But most sites were saying our conversions were right.
5. Turns our rounding in HSL matters.

Lesson: Use https://convertacolor.com/ because it preserves decimals.

Just curious, what were the colors and their correct and incorrect conversions? I have color conversion tool and it would be helpful to test it with something like this

Hey! Not sure if it's intended (or a bug), but pressing the "option" button on Mac keyboard shows a random colour instead of "alt + click" as it says on the webpage. Extra thought: Maybe you can change the text from "alt" to "option" when the user is on mac.
