I know that feeling. I’m not sure what your intention was but without any context, it’s not bad. I really like the pop of red and hints of blue. I wish there were more of those.II with there was more.
Today’s art practice resulted in a piece I called “Total Disaster” Neither the composition I wanted nor the colors. But still had to pull it off. What do you think? How does it make you feel?
Thanks! Agree, more accent colors would be great. Hope to learn from this one and work more on the gaps
Of course! also, idk what that last sentence in my message was. I didn’t mean to repeat “wish there was more” twice. My keyboard must have glitched out. Sorry. Thank you for sharing your art with us!
My first reaction was "Nice! love to have it". Without context it's a lovely piece
Lately, I've been watching a lot of Bob Ross's videos. But when I tried his techniques in my tab, I realised how difficult it is. So from an enthusiastic but not an artist's perspective, I won't say it's a disaster. I like the background texture. Feels like Mars's surface.
I totally understand. Sometimes someone’s piece looks like easy to do. When trying yourself, you can see all the nuances that take time to master. Right now, for me it’s more about therapeutic effect rather than professional endeavor. So I try to be chill with what I get 😁
First impression: Arial view of tractors harvesting on a summer’s day with strong shadows. Triggers memories growing up in the countryside. 10/10 from me.
Wow! Love your simile! Now I see it pretty clearly since I also grew up in the countryside 🖐️🌾
