Oh yeah, haha, date picker‘s hard to get right. This would be used to set the start date of a training position, the information in which month it starts would be sufficient.

Just seeing the months listed instead of having to click on a left or right arrow many times relieves all my stress with a date picker lol

Sometimes I have the feeling that calendars are too complicated. I think there is always room to simplify the component and reduce the options to the essentials.
