When you need collaborators you don't mind anyone all over the world, when you want to give equity and get work. You don't mind all over the world.

But when you finally have money to hire. You want to hire from across the road. Smh.

These are all the rejected hero sections for the $3000 project. Had to find what the client wanted by ensuring we got on a call and minimized back and forth. I am glad this would be wrapped up this week.

I Just saw a job where the A is silent. Sigh!

There's an healthy ratio designers need

1. Be proud of your work in a delusional way. Don't let anyone talk down on your work if the feedback they gave does not include what can help you grow.

2. Be honest enough to know your work can be better. And strive to make it better.
