I hope it focuses more on building one another up, being inclusive of diverse backgrounds, and positively evolving the craft of design through constructive discourse. Less focus on hot takes or arguments that reflect poorly on the value of Design.

The way it’s linked to a profile that you should actually be filling out with your accomplishments is actually huge and underrated thus far.

Less bros, arguments, and hot takes.

More care, inclusivity, discussion, and maker vibes.

Less professional… more personal. (Less polish)
But that’s just what I want.. maybe others hope it’ll help them with networking and career laddering.. which could be a great thing. 

But I personally am hoping it becomes more of an early Twitter / early dribbble vibe.

Less engagement baiting, less thought-leadership and less endlessly-talking-about-work-done-in-past-instead-of-what-people-are-working-on-now :)

Less reflexive. But, thats ultimately not a platform problem.

It’s a good point. 

I don’t think there should be a discouraging in sharing stuff we make. 

But it needs to have the community/engagement best in mind. 

Rather than dumping courses and not participating in the community on here.

I do wonder how we can achieve that. Hopefully by making it inclusive and not just white tech bro culture.

So how do we make it great and better? Maybe do what League of Legends does, use whale players to offset the cost of everyone else.

If it’s someone who has a design course and is like “look this is cool check it out” the then that’s chill. 

If it’s more in the spectrum of someone saying “make $20k in 1 month with my design course: $50 off” then that gets old.

This is cool. I love the idea of a space where we see the people around us, and connections and collaborations happen naturally  simple due to the nature of us seeing each others work/mind. Rather than having to push it. Feels like college kind of.
