Haha preparing for when AI comes for online design?

Quentin Cole

Nah, digital design has been homogeneous and derivative long enough that AI isn’t much different than the current state of rectangle-drawing. My own creative pursuits have just long wanted more tangible things.

One of my favorite architecture books. It shows the thinking process and concept development of Bjarke Ingels’ projects in a unique comic book format.

The work of Vadik Marmeladov and his collaborators is worth seeing. Look for Lapka, Airbnb’s Samara, Ruki, LOT2046, and Donda. Here’s one of the earliest pieces, a modular breathalyzer from Lapka.
