If its a UI I deal with repeatedly—either a little but every day, or occasionally but many interactions in a session, it almost always feels annoying. For content / websites, anything built in Framer already feels grating b/c many templates have UI anims

Do people like fade-in fade-out transitions when they're interacting with UI elements? Personally think they look nice, but make the interface feel a lot slower.

Depends on the interaction, device, and context of the interaction. When done right, they’re near invisible and actually make the interface feel faster and more responsive
