Sourdough attempt 02 result ✨ Aesthetically really pleased! Taste is very nice as well, a little tangy. Not as dense as the first attempt so that's great. Still quite flat and rising is an issue, but improved compared to last time. Need to work on kneeding and shaping 💪🏼
