If you're not into marketing, find a co-founder who is interested in that area. Otherwise it's going to be a difficult ride.
True story! Right now, my partner and I are struggling with marketing for our product since both of us more of a product side not marketing. Having a third cofounder with marketing background would be such a relief 😅
