If you're not into marketing, find a co-founder who is interested in that area. Otherwise it's going to be a difficult ride.

the best product managers i know know how to do a little bit of programming, so my suggesting is, learn how to program! that way, you can easily screen technical peeps & have a better grasp of the feasibility of the project
