Same feelings as you guys @noahconk, @aleconline. I get a lot of the fake Instagram creator-like culture from Threads. Bluesky feels like Twitter before Musk bought it

Bluesky not being owned by Meta is great

I have an account going on both and use openvibe to aggregate it all. I think it'll be a looooooong time until there's a "winner", but what defines winner also varies between person! at least bluesky isn't a meta product tho lol

given that bsky is not in anyway associated with with meta is a clear win for me. also when i was on threads for a second, the algo was pretty awful and everything felt fake. it just felt meta... bsky is light and fun right now. loads of growth and endless opportunity.
