This service was done at Uniqlo SOHO in NY, but they have it in Hawaii and one other place? I forget where -- but if you're interested in general merchandising, I'd say look elsewhere since Uniqlo does make you sign a paper that explicitly states that you won't resell.
Yes it is! Got it printed at the UT printshop in SOHO NY, there's another on 5th Ave not too far from MoMA
