My last point on this :D Add 'hiring' after the role. This will help filter down the results because some results may just be public portfolios of people with/looking for that role. So 'product designer hiring' is more effective than just searching 'product designer'.
OK, 1 more, cos I've enjoyed tinkering with this: include different things that are important to you, e.g. comp, remote, industry. So if you want a role that pays at least $100k, include that in your search: Example: site:notion.site designer remote $100k
