My last point on this :D Add 'hiring' after the role. This will help filter down the results because some results may just be public portfolios of people with/looking for that role. So 'product designer hiring' is more effective than just searching 'product designer'.

OK, 1 more, cos I've enjoyed tinkering with this: include different things that are important to you, e.g. comp, remote, industry. So if you want a role that pays at least $100k, include that in your search: Example: site:notion.site designer remote $100k

It's also not cookie-cutter job descriptions. Like a person really took the time to write something that has value.

Exactly! So it's also important to take time to write a targeted and personal application too

this is sic, thanks for the tip! for me, this is great because these companies likely use notion for their company (and not atlassian heh) and the size of the companies using notion is more what i'm looking for, like smaller teams.

Lol, true. I like "notion-sized" companies too!

My last job also had a notion job listing, but it wasn't on any public job board/site. I got the job because I saw a tweet with a notion link, and I knew the person who works at the startup who tweeted it (yes, connections help too).

Since this post is doing numbers, bonus tip: When the results load, click on 'Tools' at the top, and filter for the last month or a custom range. That way you don't see old job listings that are long expired. Best of luck with the search! You got this!
