Do people not test anymore? (2/2) This is what I get when I click on the link represented by the first thread.

It gets worse (3/2). NONE of their support channels work. NONE. Consequences of scatter-brained layoffs?

(4/2) I get re-routed to their utterly useless Zendesk help center at every step. At no point, can I contact anyone from their customer support team.
