Using natural-feeling animation is a good way to represent state changes in design. Rather than loading a new page, this animation I designed gives the perception that the experience is more integrated and less cumbersome to click in and out of articles.

Mentoring a few new grads and really feel sorry for them. To enter adulthood with such defeat before they even had a chance to start due to a chaotic job market is pretty disheartening. Hope we see a turnaround soon..
