I dont mind Threads or x boys here as long as they keep their “growth tactics” in their pants and share genuine content
This space feels so tidy (for now at least). So much knowledge and almost all feels genuine here. Unlike in X, people here don't care about followers and numbers which is quite a good thing.
I worry that this is inevitable, given we are still in TestFlight mode currently. I think not having a publicly visible follower vs following count is helpful. Although it’s a good signal, at scale it seems more akin to a status symbol.
I created a social app back in 2020. Talking to many investors in the space highlighted the importance of being highly intentional with everything we make. Scale plays an interesting role but the early adopters play a huge role.
