Totally agree, we can´t be worrying all time about everyone and everything, yet getting that is virtue!

Yeah I remember once I added this as a daily reminder: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; 
courage to change the things I can; 
and wisdom to know the difference.

Yeah, worry only about stuff you can control. I need to remind me of that everyday, but you go crazy otherwise.

This should be the most amazing reminder to see on a screen.
We really do need some control over our emotion and thoughts.
