Very nice. Have you used the gesture menus on Alias? What I liked most about about that interaction was that did not have to wait for the menu to appear before making the gesture. It is scalable between beginners and advanced users.

Thanks! Haven't tried it yet, but sounds interesting. You might want to add an extra step for menu invocation to avoid clashing with system-level menus and actions. For standalone, yeah, it's a good idea to show the menu immediately.
