I've been trying to get into social media lately because I have a lot of passions and I like to share them and get feedback. Unfortunately, it's not something I'm very good at. Any advice?

I believe if you're seeking engagement, you should focus on giving value for your audience (and should know who they are). If you just want to share your work and get some critiques, Posts and ReadCV is a great place to start!

It's what I try. I have a newsletter (buro.ooo) to share my graphic finding, share a part of my knowledge or research. I've also created an IG account and post almost every 2 days. I've less than 20 readers and 7 followers... And I'm on it since January.

Well, I'm not an SM manager/strategist, but you also need to consider where the visitor traffic comes from. Ask: where do people try to find the value you provide? I don't know about Substack, but I don't believe people spend time scrolling through the new newsletters to explore

As for IG, it seems you're focusing on promoting your work. However, if you visit hashtags like #UX or #UI, you will see your posts disappearing quickly. Maybe trying to explain your design decisions, the context behind, problem, and the impact would be a great differentiator +

But, in my honest opinion, I don't feel like you have a well-defined niche so that you can help them with their problems (and remember if you're seeking engagement, is all about them). Also, if you're struggling to know what to write or create, it's probably a symptom of that.
