When applying to jobs and having to fill out the "Tell us why do you want to work here?" makes me want to bang my head against my desk. I  want to be like: The market is trash. I want to do what I love in a no-ego environment, to continue to have health insurance and pay rent.

more people need to realize you can just do stuff
