Morning pages! I read about them in the artist’s way when I was in high school and have been doing them on and off since (20+ years). It’s a great way to just get everything out of your head and get used to writing.

Sit down 20 minutes ever day and write something. Doesn’t matter what you write, but write for 20 minutes. Do it for 45 days, then assess what and if resources would be useful
